# Architecture

## Harness boundary

The selected project root is the complete write boundary. The harness manages
only its marked blocks, its canonical state, and the directories created by
initialization. Project-specific architecture belongs outside this block.

`plans/` holds working plans, `references/` holds local reference material,
and `generated/` holds generated artifacts. Their contents are not inferred
or rewritten by the harness.
